Good afternoon just wondering if the brush from order #4864 has been sent out as yet and the wrong package arrived and it was a wand and one brush and I ordered the 2 x brush, my daughter sent a fb message and they said they would send a new brush out asap and to keep the wand as a gift.
I haven't received an email confirming the 2nd brush has been sent out as yet.

This brush is sensational! I have the most sensitive scalp on earth. I hate going to the hairdresser because i am an adult but I have to say “I have a very sensitive scalp, please be gentle whilst brushing my hair “ okay they say….. then im in tears 5 seconds later because of the brush they are using. Well hello……… I am taking my own brush with me. No pulling on my hair, runs straight through knots and I don’t lose half of my hair because it’s not being pulled out from a dodgy brush. LOVE IT! Everyone needs one, I mean everyone. Oh, and the colour is great too.

I love this brush!! It definitely beat my expectations. I usually apply conditioner then use a brush to detangle, but this often takes time as I tend to have a lot of knots . Because this brush is wide & big, it helped me comb my hair much quicker than usual, and did not pull or tug on my hair! I’m in love!!
